These are works of art that I find amazing or touch my heart in some way. I get to stroll the streets of Greece,Ireland,Poland,Finland,Germany,Russia, and many more wonderful countries I may never get to in person. Or I imagine myself laying on the French Riviera,St Mallo or Panama City Beach Florida. And I can almost smell the flowers from Japan,Hawaii, California, Florida...These are what my dreams are filled with, and I have all of you to thank for it!
"A Stand for Photographer’s Rights The right to take photographs in the United States is being challenged more than ever. People are being stopped, harassed, and even intimidated into handing over their personal property simply because they were taking photographs of subjects that made other people uncomfortable. Recent examples have included photographing industrial plants, bridges, buildings, trains, and bus stations. For the most part, attempts to restrict photography are based on misguided fears about the supposed dangers that unrestricted photography presents to society. Ironically, unrestricted photography by private citizens has played an integral role in protecting the freedom, security, and well-being of all Americans. Photography in the United States has an established history of contributing to improvements in civil rights, curbing abusive child labor practices, and providing important information to crime investigators. Photography has not contributed to a decline in public safety or economic vitality in the United States. When people think back on the acts of domestic terrorism that have occurred over the last twenty years, none have depended on or even involved photography. Restrictions on photography would not have prevented any of these acts. Furthermore, the increase in people carrying small digital and cell phone cameras has resulted in the prevention of crimes and the apprehension of criminals. As the flyer states, there are not very many legal restrictions on what can be photographed when in public view. Most attempts at restricting photography are done by lower-level security and law enforcement officials acting way beyond their authority. Note that neither the Patriot Act nor the Homeland Security Act have any provisions that restrict photography. Similarly, some businesses have a history of abusing the rights of photographers under the guise of protecting their trade secrets. These claims are almost always meritless because entities are required to keep trade secrets from public view if they want to protect them. The Photographer’s Right A Downloadable Flyer Explaining Your Rights When Stopped or Confronted for Photography. The Photographer’s Right is a downloadable guide that is loosely based on the Bust Card and the Know Your Rights pamphlet that used to be available on the ACLU website. It may be downloaded and printed out using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may make copies and carry them your wallet, pocket, or camera bag to give you quick access to your rights and obligations concerning confrontations over photography. You may distribute the guide to others, provided that such distribution is not done for commercial gain and credit is given to the author. Download the photogrphers rights here. [link]"

I have been taking pictures for over 35 years. I have been taking photos for 7 years. In those years there have been many mistakes and many lessons learned. I have editing software, I know how to use it. I do NOT submit a photo unless it is EXACTLY how I want it to be. There are no MISTAKES, there is nothing that I want to edit out or I want to change. I spend hours on these photos. They are not perfect, but they are EXACTLY how I intend them to be. They are NOT a work in progress. I LOVE them, they are complete. It may not be how you LOVE it, but it is how I LOVE IT. I did not accidently submit over 2,500 photos. I went out and captured each and every one of them. I came home, edited and submitted each and everyone of them. It is my passion,my desire,my heart, that is a part of each and every one of these photos. I am not just sitting here uploading at random. There is a method to my madness!
All of these photos are mine. Please do not steal them. Please do not use them for any reason. If you ask me I might just say yes! But if you steal them and I find out, it aint gonna be pretty. Just so you know no one likes a thief.
I love photography! I binge submit. There are days I do not submit at all, and then there are days where that is what I do all day long. You have the option to either watch me or not. If you choose to watch me then you must know this will happen. I do not expect you to fav and or comment on all of my photos. You may fav as many or as little as you like. I will not be insulted. Only appreciative of your support. I realize I dump lots at one time. My only hope is you will find some inspiration from my photos...As I find inspiration from those who I watch.

I am honest, outspoken, stubborn, humorous and adventerous.I love photography..I love the outdoors, flowers, the ocean, and traveling. I roll around the yard getting photos of flowers, and I climb through bushes and forests to capture what I feel is a wonderful shot. I learn something new every time I take a photo, I learn from my mistakes. I am constantly trying to improve. I experiment with all of the settings and angles and I sometimes manipulate and adjust my photos. I am by no means the best photographer. I may never have any photos published, but that does not deter me. My lense is an extension of my minds eye, of my hearts desire, of my love for life. I do not follow any rules. I shoot at whatever time of the day I am able to. Of whatever I want to, and where ever I want. My only limitations are my cameras ability. If for some reason it will not take the photo how I want it to be, then there is no photo. I feel there are enough rules, guidelines etc in life, that to put more on my creativity would be rediculous. I read all the magazines, I have three subscripitons to photography magazines. I do hours of research on line, and am well aware of what the 'norm' is or the 'rules' on the perfect photos are. Yes I actually do know. I just choose to not let most of these influence me, or my photos. I have fun. I color outside the lines. Always have and always will. I would have to say, if you do not like my way, you do not need to be a part of it. But just remember I am free to be me. As you are free to be you! 'Love to Live, Live to Love'
